The following documents are important for CPOTS:
Passport: Please have
with you at all times (or a photocopy for extra safety) - for EU
members a personal ID is also fine.
Travel health insurance:
Useful in case of emergency hospitalization
University student or faculty
IDs: Allows for free or reduced admittance to Museums and
Archaeological sites amongst other things
Boarding passes: All
(both coming and going) boarding passes have to be meticulously
saved and handed over to the CPOTS organizers promptly
on termination of travel for proper reimbursement. They are official
proof that you made the trip!
We hgihly recommend the use of electronic boarding passes (apply through the internet 24 hrs before your flight) which can be sent by e-mail.
Receipts: All
ORIGINAL receipts have to
be meticulously saved and handed over to the CPOTS organizers promptly
on termination of travel for proper reimbursement. There
will be no reimbursement without a proper receipt!
No photocopies accepted.
Please send in all your receipts and supporting
documentation (boarding passes etc.) together
at the end of CPOTS.
